Spearheaded the product strategy for Tekion and successfully launched an AI driven Digital Service Experience platform from conception to launch. The platform then scaled to acquiring new dealer partners and in the next year the product was rolled up to a bigger offering in the Dealer Management System.
As Senior Product Manager at Autosoft, we were only catering to small scale dealers, which severely limited our market coverage. In my role, I engaged with General Motors, one of the biggest automotive partners, to build a roadmap, identify opportunities for product improvement, and have the platform ready for onboarding GM dealers. This included building integrations and data sharing via APIs.
I engaged with GM to kick off partner program, implementing integrations for GM's Digital Retail Platform and customer incentive program. This successful partnership helped enable the acquisition of new GM dealers.
